ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH RESTRICTED MOBILITY

For Spectators with Restricted Mobility, the festival provides a special assistance service including the following:

An exclusive access gate for entry to the festival.

A designated parking area with limited capacity, exclusively for Restricted Mobility vehicles displaying the appropriate permit;

A reserved area with limited capacity in the stand sector. This elevated area ensures guaranteed visibility;

The Person with Restricted Mobility may access the designated area accompanied by 1 adult holding a valid festival ticket.

Tickets must be purchased for the stand sector, where the Restricted Mobility area is located.

To purchase tickets, please contact ticketing@liveexperiences.pt, providing the concert you wish to attend, whether you will be accompanied by 1 person, and a copy of your official restricted mobility certificate.

You will then receive the purchase link.
