Ageas Cooljazz considers accessibility a central pillar of its experience, promoting inclusive conditions for different audiences.

REDUCED MOBILITY

The festival continuously maintains its commitment to accessibility, ensuring appropriate conditions of mobility, assistance, and support throughout the venue.

For people with reduced mobility, the festival provides a dedicated service that includes:
– Exclusive entrance access to the venue
– Reserved parking area (with valid permit)
– Reserved seating area in the Grandstand, with guaranteed visibility
– On-site assistance and support whenever necessary

COMPANION TICKET – REDUCED MOBILITY

Within the scope of Ageas sponsorship, and through the Ageas Foundation, a complimentary companion ticket will be provided to individuals with a disability equal to or greater than 60%, upon presentation of a Medical Disability Certificate (AMIM).

SENSORY VESTS AND PORTUGUESE SIGN LANGUAGE

In 2026, the festival strengthens its commitment to inclusion by extending its services to the deaf community.

This service is provided by the Ageas Foundation, with operations ensured by Access Lab.

At the following concerts:
– Gilberto Gil
– David Byrne
– Scissor Sisters
– Franz Ferdinand

the following will be available:
– Portuguese Sign Language (LGP) interpretation
– Sensory vests, allowing for an immersive music experience

Capacity is limited to 6 participants per concert, subject to availability.

The viewing area will be located in the Grandstand, next to the reduced mobility area.
