ACCESSIBILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH RESTRICTED MOBILITY

Ageas Cooljazz is committed to providing an accessible, comfortable and inclusive experience for all audience members.

For people with restricted mobility, the festival offers a dedicated support service, including:

Exclusive access gate for entry to the festival venue;

Reserved parking area, with limited capacity, exclusively for vehicles displaying a Disabled Parking Permit;

Reserved seating area in the Stand sector, with limited capacity. This elevated area ensures clear visibilityof the stage;

On-site assistance and support, whenever required.

Companion ticket – 2026 edition

Within the framework of Ageas’ sponsorship of Ageas Cooljazz, and through the Ageas Foundation, a free companion ticket for persons with disabilities will be available for the 2026 edition.

This measure applies to situations where the person with a disability has a disability degree of 60% or higher, upon presentation of the corresponding Medical Certificate of Disability (AMIM or equivalent official document).

This initiative is promoted by the Ageas Foundation, in coordination with the festival organisation, and applies exclusively to the editions of Ageas Cooljazz covered by this sponsorship framework.

Ageas Cooljazz maintains its ongoing commitment to accessibility, ensuring appropriate conditions for mobility, assistance and on-site support, contributing to a more inclusive cultural experience for all.

How to purchase tickets

Audience members with restricted mobility should purchase a Stand sector ticket, where the reserved accessibility area is located.

the concert you wish to attend;
