Manuel Oliveira Trio is the name confirmed to perform on the same day as Diana Krall, at Ageas Cooljazz. Both performances are scheduled for July 26th and the Portuguese pianist takes the stage with his trio just before worldwide star Diana Krall.
Since the age of 10 that Manuel Oliveira studied music and particularly the piano. His dedication to his chosen instrument began at the Musicentro in Lisbon, where he is currently a piano teacher, and he studied at Escola Superior de Música. He is currently part of several projects by national artists, where he records in studio and performs live. After having accepted the challenge of performing with his trio at the festival in 2023, on the Cascais Jazz Sessions by Smooth FM stage, it's now his turn to take the main stage and present the best of Portuguese jazz.
